Louisa was my sons key worker at Kaleidoscope Nursery in York for a few months between August and December 2015. He attends nursery full time and really quickly Louisa formed a close relationship with him.

Each morning she made sure she always welcomed him with a smile and open arms (literally- he loved cuddling her) and on an evening when we picked him up she always gave a positive and thorough review of how his day had been and the activities they had taken part in together. These would include all sorts of things from baking and playing in the mud garden outside. The most important thing for me was seeing how much Louisa genuinely seemed to love my child and this was reassuring knowing he would be well looked after by her throughout the day. When she told me she was leaving to set up her own nursery I was very disappointed knowing Thomas would miss her but not surprised as she is clearly organised and intelligent as well as driven to progress her career in childcare. I wish her all the look in her new venture.

Louisa cared for our 3 boys right from being weeks old, she fed, changed and bathed all of them but most importantly played with them and made them laugh and smile. She would take them round to our village park which would involve two of the boys either going on scooters or walking with the pushchair. They would always enjoy her coming either through the day to play or on an evening. She even cared for them overnight on occasions. Thank you so much for looking after them you really gave us a peace of mind.

Good Luck Louisa in your new venture, I look forward to bringing the boys along for a play.

I have known Louisa Marshall for 18 years, since Louisa started as a pupil at Wistow Primary School in 1998.

I can confirm that Louisa is a young lady with great integrity; she is extremely dedicated to her work and her lifelong vision, which has always been to work with children.
Louisa attended and has assisted me in the running of Wistow Youth Club, where she created a good rapport with the members of the village community.

The future for Louisa and her dedication for the journey ahead in running her own business will I’m sure be exciting, challenging and extremely fulfilling for all involved.
For your information: I have lived in the beautiful village of Wistow since 1991. I have worked at Wistow Primary School since 1993 and have run Wistow Youth Club since 1994. I am also involved with several committees’ within the community.

It will be a pleasure to support Louisa any way I can in her new business ‘Maisy Moo’s, and I would like to take this opportunity to wish her well for the future ahead.

Louisa has always been lovely when looking after my two boys, she has been professional, caring and the boy have enjoyed their time with her. Louisa communicated well at their level and is very passionate about her work, I would highly recommend her and her nursery.
